What is Reflexology?
Reflexology works similarly to acupressure and acupuncture. It is believed that reflexology points correspond to organs and glands throughout the body; by massaging these points, we signal the brain to send healing to those areas. Many of these points are also linked to emotions, and you may be surprised by the hidden feelings that emerge during the session. Reflexology is extremely relaxing—so much so that many clients fall asleep or experience a sense of energy opening.
